I've enjoyed this lasagne recipe for many years and this is my
adaption from the original recipe that appeared in Parade Magazine in
1977. The recipe can be broken down into three parts; preparing the
sauce, making the spinach - ricotta filling and the final step putting
it all together.

We have several variations of this dish that we make often, but this is
probably the recipie that I go to most often. A relatively quick side
dish that goes well with steak or fish.

My favorite way to prepare Filet Mignon, this is a quick and simple
marinade. I typically prepare two filets in one quart ziplock bag with
the marinade and then freeze for later use. They are best if cooked
before freezing and left to marinade for three to four hours before
cooking.

One of my favorite memories of Christmas as a child was my Grandmothers
Carmelita Cookies. These are simple to make and are a great chocolately
treat during the holidays. This recipie will fill a 13x9 baking pan.
