Spicy Steak Salad

A quick rub to make spicy steak for a fantastic salad topping. An excellent quick dinner.
Steak rub contains:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp garlic salt
Apply rub to steaks by hand and then pan fry to desired temprature. Add to salad greens, fesh chopped onion, sliced hard boiled egg and tomatoes. Enjoy!
